Having a Clutter-Free Closet
Maintaining a clutter-free closet is sometimes a bit difficult but is very essential. Having a clutter-free closet makes your wardrobe choice more easy and efficient. To make this task a little bit easy, here are some simple things that you can follow in creating a well-organized closet.
When organizing your closet and putting your clothes and other accessories in it, you should carefully choose which items you can get rid off and which ones you will still be wearing. Doing this can give you much more space that you can use as storage. Aside from that you do not have to maintain clothes in your closet that you do not really use.

When placing your clothes in the closet it is best to properly separate each type from one another. Separate tops such as shirts, blouses, polo shirts from bottoms such as slacks, pants, skirts, and shorts. This will help in easy location of each clothing piece since they are well separated from each other. If possible, you can also separate clothes according to size and color to make it more organized.
In the closet, you can allot a space where you can put our shoes such as the bottom of a cabinet. The doors of the cabinet can be installed with hooks where you can keep accessories such as belts, ties, and scarves. You can also put a bar inside the cabinet and hang some clothes that are ironed out and will be worn immediately.
Unpacking After a Move

Unpacking your things after a move is just as tiresome as packing them before a move. When you unpack your things, it is essential to follow a specific scheme to avoid doing unpacking activities redundantly. Also, it will be helpful to have an unpacking inventory list to check whether there are missing items and to take account of every item that has been transferred.
The very first thing that you should check is the container of all your valuable possessions. It should be the very first container that is unloaded from the vehicle. It is the container that you always keep an eye on and guard against getting lost because it comprises your valuable belongings such as your jewelries, and important mementos.
Next, you can unpack the large furnishings and set them into their proper locations. These furnishings are commonly located in the living room and in the kitchen. This is done because oftentimes the large furnishings are the next items that are unloaded from the transport vehicle.

Lastly, you can open the boxes where the smaller items are kept. If these boxes were properly labeled it will be easy to locate which boxes contain which items. For example, a box labeled with living room accessories can be placed straight in that room to get unpacked.
